I’m Lennis, the host behind Sadler Kona Rentals. I created these two Kona stays to offer the kind of experience I look for when I travel: comfortable, thoughtfully equipped and filled with the little details that make a vacation feel easy.
My love for the Big Island goes far beyond hosting. I’ve explored its beaches, trails, restaurants, waterfalls and unforgettable experiences again and again. The guide and recommendations I share with guests come from places I genuinely love and would recommend to a friend.

Do both properties have air conditioning?
Yes. Both Kona Mansions and Keauhou Bay Resort have air conditioning for a comfortable stay.
What beach equipment is provided?
Both properties include snorkeling gear, beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, beach bags and beach towels—so packing for an island day is easy.
Are the kitchens fully equipped?
Yes. Each kitchen includes cooking utensils, cookware and a selection of spices, along with the everyday essentials needed to prepare meals.
Which property is best for me?
Choose Kona Mansions for central convenience, walkability and an easy home base for one or two guests. Choose Keauhou for a peaceful resort atmosphere, a large lanai and room for up to four. Both are wonderful for couples, solo travelers, honeymoons and anniversary trips.
Is parking included?
Yes. Both properties have a dedicated parking space directly in front of the unit.
Are the properties on the ground floor?
Yes. Both are ground-floor units. Keauhou has approximately two steps at the entrance, and Kona Mansions has approximately three, so neither entrance is completely step-free.
What are the sleeping arrangements?
Kona Mansions has one bedroom with a king bed and sleeps two. Keauhou has one bedroom with a king bed plus a queen sofa bed in the living room and sleeps up to four.
How close are the properties to island attractions?
Kona Mansions is approximately five minutes from downtown Kona. Keauhou is approximately two minutes from Keauhou Bay, across from Keauhou Shopping Center and close to snorkeling, canoeing and golf.
What are the check-in, cancellation and house rules?
